The New Jersey weather was much colder compared to North Carolina, especially to Anna, or blue as her friends knew her. She moved when she revived a scholarship to her dream college, Princeton. Anna left her friends, what few she had, and family, who were more concerned with what degree she would get rather than of she was happy. Life move much faster in the new town, Denton, her home for her whole life, was small and everyone knew everyone..... And everyone's business. In the frame of a month Anna had a apartment, a new job, friends unlike the ones back home, and was about to start classes. Anna loved city life. It grew on her quickly. Through her first year of college it was easy sailing, passed all her classes and even got top marks on essays. It all changed when he was him. He turned her life up side down with only 1 sentence. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either.
