The world's population has been devoured by nature. Man's control has ripped from him, and civilizations have crumbled. 

Only a small percentage of the population has survived the barrage of earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, and the following outbreaks of disease and pestilence. 

Those that have survived are stronger than ever. But some of them aren't content to just survive. 

The Black Militia want control. They claim it is for the good of humanity that they steal and enslave people for their own agenda, using designated sectors to keep them imprisoned.
