Dream of Ghosts

Billy, a ghost, works to win the big prize for helping as many people as he can before his rival does. He meets a girl named Sarah who refuses to change, and wishes to be forever mean to others. Just as Billy and Sarah finally get along, and things start to work out, Billy wakes up.
