A Wings Of Fire story that takes place in the depths of the Sky'wing Kingdom, following the story of a powerful hybrid dragonet who has to fight in the infamous arena regularly for most of his life, until... ? The forbidden fruit
The Icewing prince Iceberg was born with a magical gift that hasn't appeared in his royal family for years. He had the mysterious animus powers that were so rare in every tribe of Pyrrhia. He was taught since his very young age, that every animus dragon that ever appeared in the tribe had one big purpose in life - delivering a gift to the whole tribe, that would benefit everyone. A catch was, that this was the only spell that he could ever cast and when gifting the tribe, he had to give away his animus powers for good. As he slowly began to reach his seventh birthday, his Mother- Queen North- grew very impatient with his gifting ceremony. By the time an animus turned seven years old, he had to make his gift. But Iceberg never liked the idea of giving away this awesome magic, casting only one spell in his entire life. He wanted to explore his power and try helping everyone he could. Some things just don't go according to plan though and Iceberg has to face terrible twists that may deprive him of his own life. This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Sutherland and this is just a fan-fiction based off of her series. No characters within this book are from the cannon books and it doesn't follow the cannon timeline.
