What would you do if you had the power to change the weather and you also lived in Britain, the place with constant rain.

That would be the weirdest super power anywhere else but luckily she saves the lives of all the British kids living in her area who have to walk home in the rain.

The story is told by another character who may just be obsessed with the conspiracy theory that is- this girls existence.
