Kayde's sister left him for over 9 years. By those years Kayde's life has gone down hill. He has nothing but parents that don't give a shit about them and a little sister that constantly hurts him. He doesn't care though. He can do anything. But then light came shining through. And showed him a new world and family. The Island of Misfits.
The Island of Misfits: Children have gone missing from rich and gang people's families. Only for one main reason. To bring children that are abused, raped, alone, scared and dying from people they call "families". They are brought to a better world, where they are trained to kill, survive , and act in order to save a child and murder their parents from any other harm. If they refuse, then they kill the parent or guardian anyway.
They hide in a whole other world from earth. It's beautiful, it has light, and it gives these children a new family that has gone through something like any other kid their has been through. This is The Island of Misfits.

The man who discovered it decided to make the metallic liquid into arrows. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs. She got put in the foster home(same one as Nadine and Lori) because her father and 'stepmother' were on drugs and her father did things to her that she did not like and made her do things she did not like her 'stepmother' did nothing to stop it. One they neighbors heard yelling coming from the house next to them and called the cope. They came and seen how Kharissa was living and they took her to the faster home. Nadine is Australia. Her mother and 'stepdad' is alcoholic. Her living at home was not the best thing for her things just got worse by the day it got to the point that she would run away from home. One day they got into a big fight that made the neighbors called the copes when they came they fought the cops stuff like that and they took Nadine to the faster home were she will be safe. Lori is British her parents banded her when she was a baby so she pretty much spent her hole life in the faster home. She has been to house to the house and she have been through the worst.
