A trio of friends set out to the towns festival on what is their last Halloween as kids. At the festival a fortune teller see's what the future holds for the friends and warns them about the fake gateway that will lead them to a mythical land that they do not want to enter because it could lead to their doom. Rather than heeding the warning they do the exact opposite. After realizing that they're stuck they seek out the help from the mythical locals, for they are their only chance at getting back home. Read this hero's call to adventure and follow along as they mature and make quick choices to save themselves and find their way home!

With a professor who hates her job, a rock enthusiast best friend, a nosy roommate, and a bitter classmate who can't seem to listen, she digs up something, and for once in her life, she can't figure out what it means.
