Rose can't wait to turn 15. She'll get to choose a spouse and go live in paradise. But when she and her spouse Lucas arrive at their so-called paradise, Rose realizes that something is terribly wrong. In their "paradise", Rose finds a hidden laboratory full of organs like hearts and brains labeled with names of her friends that turned 15 before her. Rose becomes paranoid that she and Lucas might be next to have their organs removed. As she digs deeper, Rose finds out a terrifying secret that the society has been hiding for a long time.
