The message was simple enough: “Stay in your homes. Do not come into contact with anyone who looks suspicious. And whatever you do… DON’T GET BITTEN.”
It’s been three months since the first cases of the Carrier virus or Mortis Re-anima took hold in human patients. Now we are fighting off those who have come back to life. Will someone please tell me … WHY THE HELL WON’T THE DEAD STAY DEAD!
Set to the backdrop of a Post Apocalyptic Philippines, two individuals are to be put the test both struggling to survive and both struggling to fend of the idea of becoming another victim. The world around them has crumbled and all remnants of civilization are either sparse or non-existent.
The Soldier
Battle hardened and tested, fighting off rebel liberation armies in the north, Captain Nathaniel Ibarra has fought his way down to reach his home town San Fernando which he now finds in ruins. His saving grace may just be an American marine left stranded by the outbreak.
The Girl
Not much is known about the girl they call “Rem”. She was found on the side of the road during the chaos and now she finds herself fighting for her own survival against humans and Carriers alike.
Both must fight to stave off becoming a “carrier”. A flesh eating reanimated corpse who has only two directives:
Feed and Reproduce.

The Touch of Infection
Carisa's been running for her life the past two years. Loosing her loved ones and anyone she grows close to. The apocalypse was caused by an alien raise coming to earth and proclaiming they'll fix the planet. Their way to 'fix' it being destroying humanity with a plague. However they didn't expect the human body to be as persistent as it is, the infection they spread mutating and making humans reanimate with a hunger for flesh. They thought they could contain it, control it even, but it's spreading faster than they thought. The world is dying faster than ever before. And Carisa only want to survive, to make it to the next day, bumping into an Alien she thought she'd be petrified. But upon further inspection... their not that much different that humans. Curiosity at its peek with both of them and so she gains a tail always creeping behind her. The aliens just won't let her go. Story is written on my free time so it has a lot of typos, sorry. The Z Contingency
The zombie apocalypse is coming. A scientist at the CDC has that terrifying realization when infected victims start displaying the symptoms predicted by his model. A virus responsible for hemorrhagic fevers is mutating into something that zombifies its victims instead of killing them. Realizing the only hope is to get ahead of it, he sets out to create a vaccine, but to create a vaccine he needs a sample of the virus. He tries to enlist the aid of a colleague to help him create the very virus he wants to eradicate, but she refuses on ethical grounds. Witnessing the horrific transformation of an infected patient forces her to reconsider, but before they can start working on a vaccine, their virus samples are stolen. As they criss-cross the country on a hunt for a cure, the paths of the two scientists cross those of a shadow organization on a secret mission, and a loose-knit network of zombie prepper groups whose loyalties are unclear. I am editing The Z Contingency for an updated edition, and I thought Wattpad would be a good platform to get improvements suggested by readers. The End
We all were hiding in random places, apparently any place we could find. There were a ton of zombies, the whole place was full of them. Many people from our group were lost to the virus. Muffled voices, blurred vision and heavy breathes were heard. The ship which everyone had longed for soon arrived. The plan was to run to the ship and never look back. The ferry was anchored at the harbor and on the signal, everyone ran for their precious lives, not daring to look back. Some people couldn't make it in 'The End' . After finding out that their loyalty to the cause is being tested by opportunists who are responsible for the outbreak, they plan to expose them. As time goes on, their journeys collide and they must work together in order to solve their problems while also having the same enemies. (Art by me. Took me a while to do this. So this is the new book cover :3) Humanity has always been curious creations that never learnt quickly from their mistakes.. Greedy... and prideful... we'd do anything to achieve our goals... even if it meant ending the world... Scientists had experimented on humans for a long time, making different breakthroughs and some failures... but this one was their most astonishing and regretful discovery.. with a mistake in their calculations as well as their subject. A virus was created and this virus was passed on to Everyone in the hospital lab quickly causing the first zombie infected appearance. At first it was mild... but like a wild fire, it spread round the city and nearly around the world... humanity was pushed back, homes destroyed....bond broken.... and many more problems came. But after all, humans can adapt quickly. And quick did they adapt... creating weapons that work for both infected and mercenaries alike, humanity had found a way to survive again.
