Grace keeps her head down. She doesn't speak to anyone. All she does is wear her baggy hoodies and her earbuds, sticking to being a fly on the wall. She isn't anything special, or so she believes.
When Grace spots a car outside the window of what feels like her millionth foster home, she knows something is wrong. Then, the car comes back with two people inside: one she recognizes as a girl named Sage and the other she recognizes as the most attractive guy she has ever set eyes on.
But she doesn't know why she recognizes this girl. She doesn't know why this guy is being so kind to her, why he keeps looking at her the way he does. She doesn't know why all of these strangers keep calling her by the name of Danica.
All she knows is her name is not Grace, and she is not just some average foster kid lost in the system...
