Maybe just keep your mind open. Theres no depressing thoughts or bad thoughts. Just my mind. I'll tell you now, you're not going to understand everything I say. The human brain and thoughts are truly a remarkable thing that sometimes we can't explain the way a smell or thought or memory or song makes us feel. Some sounds in music or thoughts in our head make no sense, they have no English or Spanish or Japanese, its the language we all speak, but don't understand.
