Chesha is 17 and just move to Santa Carla with her family from Florida in order to start over.

Chesha then meets one of the "Lost Boys" that takes interest in her and she starts to spend all of her time on the boardwalk with him.

While the obstacle that is her father stands in her way, a secret is reviled that changes everything. Will she get her everlasting love or be forever heartbroken and could possibly end up dead?
