This will be a compilation of my thoughts and observations, as well as shared information for those interested in learning more about Video Gaming Addiction. 
Although I am not anti-gaming and understand that many children can self monitor and manage this recreational activity without it negatively affecting their lives, I do also recognize that there is a sub group who are more vulnerable to falling prey to addiction.
Each chapter will be shared to help both youth and their parents.
