Enjoy

FYI: first two chapters are basically the book to give a feel of the time and the original book (as it does quite a good job imitating Austen where as I don't).

"It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possession of brains must be in want of more brains."

Something orphan Alexander Hamilton and his sisters have lived by while under the care of the Washingtons. After his father left and his mother succumbed to the plague, Alexander vows to kill all the living undead no matter what the cost.
However, when Mr Jefferson from Virginia arrives Alexander's world is turned upside down as he attempts to balance the love of his family, the love of battle and the love of Jefferson in order to achieve his goal as well as discover the man underneath the cocky southern charm.
