We Survive

Over three hundred years ago, my ancestors lived in relative peace. There was the odd war, but they were happy people with few worries.

Three hundred years ago, the earth began to shake. The ground split, and all forms of life is said to have poured through the cracks. Mermaids supposedly swam in the ocean, and fairies took to the sky.

Three hundred years ago, my people, human beings, were enslaved by a species of creature called Giants. They stand taller than the tallest mountain, which is currently Mt. Solite, where most of us are held.

Eighteen years ago, I was born in the Elite Unit. I was born a fighter. And I will die fighting to free us.
