Elsa Annandale was just an ordinary mermaid when one day a storm arrives in the the ocean. Elsa observes the storm seeing a boy, about her age, fall off the ship and into the cold and dark water. Elsa saves him but she knew she couldn't return him to his parents. As her parents and kingdom start to believe she's a disgrace. She puts her trust in her friends, but are they all really that trust worthy?
Jackson Frost was a rich man, and unlike most people he had a kind heart. His parents were the king and queen of Erindall. He hopes to find true love one day, especially when he catches a glimps of it when a new girl moves into the kingdom.
