Carl's death warrant has been signed by hades himself in the form of a blood red seal sprawled across his back. Even if the world has forgotten, Carl can never forget; he is nothing more than a vessel for the beast that tore the the city apart. His family reduced to no one but himself, he traverses through life longing to survive a day longer in his lonely existence.

Beside him is the man that reignited his will to live; however, they were never meant to be. He can feel the dreaded seal weakening. In time, his existence will fade from this world. His name, his family's glorious past will all be left in the dregs of history, but he won't let the world supress him. If he is to die, he will end his life in epic proportions. Thousands will fall with him in the release of his seal.

They are the reason for his pain, so let the world burn with him becuase there is only one man who cannot follow him to the grave.
