Our Life is a story about Casey Dawn. Being only nineteen, she's gone through a lot, and I do mean a lot. She's loved, lost, and been taken away from her home a time or two. This is the story of her struggles to make it through this thing called life. What will she do when something, or should I say someone, from her past comes back to haunt her? This is My Life
I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book!
