Captain America is dead...
The Avengers have disbanded.
While the world tries to move on, self-proclaimed vigilantes take action to fight criminals that have been unleashed on the streets. 
One of them is Kate Bishop, who believes at the Avengers and their purpose and wants more than anything else to see them reunited. 
But she can't do anything. 
Cause she's not one of them. 
She never made it, even though she tried to convince her mentor and Avenger, Clint Barton.
What happened? Why she didn't make it?
Was her fault?
Or maybe not?
