After the Last Jedi Kylo and Rey are still connected by the force. He wanted her to join him and destroy their past together, ruling the galaxy as one. As you may know she refused and Luke Skywalker sacrificed himself to keep the Resistance alive and to stop Kylo from getting to Rey. During an attempt to find a new haven for the resistance alone, Rey is caught by no other man, Kylo. He places her into a prison cell and they continuously talk and have a stronger connection than no other. 
This Story that I write about is what I felt would be an interesting storyline and I hope you grow connections with these characters.
