I hovered over the floor, about 4 inches up. I fazed through the wall and entered the hallway. I quickly flew towards my parents bedroom, and stopped Melody before she opened the door to get inside.
A tear went down my cheek, but evaporated once it dropped off my chin. I placed my hand on Melody's shoulder, and she turned her head to look at me. Tears rolled down her face, except hers actually touched the ground.
"Why can't I tell them you are here?" She asked me, wiping her face.
"They won't believe you... They will send you away, and I told you already, I can't leave the house to follow you, I will get hurt." I explained.
