"Melo! Melo, come back! You can't tell them, they will think you are insane!" I cried out as Melody ran out of the bedroom. She shut the door behind her, but that didn't stop me. I hovered over the floor, about 4 inches up. I fazed through the wall and entered the hallway. I quickly flew towards my parents bedroom, and stopped Melody before she opened the door to get inside. A tear went down my cheek, but evaporated once it dropped off my chin. I placed my hand on Melody's shoulder, and she turned her head to look at me. Tears rolled down her face, except hers actually touched the ground. "Why can't I tell them you are here?" She asked me, wiping her face. "They won't believe you... They will send you away, and I told you already, I can't leave the house to follow you, I will get hurt." I explained. ------ Created on: 3/31/18 (March 31st, 2018) Finished on: Lmao I don't think I'll ever finish this

An eerie silence echoed through the house at the end of Yellow Brooke Street, the wind outside slammed toward the wooden walls making a whistle inside the house from the cracked windows; the front door made a thud each time it slammed toward the wall and the screams from the dead gave the house an uneasiness to it. I stood before the house, while my friends were excited to do the exact opposite of what our parents told us to; I was not. I trusted my mother when she told us to never get close to this place. "You guys ready?" Diana said with joy in her voice, I stuttered. "No.." the fear in my voice was obvious, though no one seemed to care. Dan glanced at me and chuckled. "Really? It's just a house." "It's a haunted house." I said nervously. "Maybe we should trust our parents on this, they told us that it isn't safe for a reason." "You wimp." Diana joked, she wasn't serious; it was just to get me with them and of course she knew that it would work. "It's fine if you don't want to Luna." Lucas said, at least he was cool about it. "I-I'm not a wimp!" I stumbled on my words. "Yey!" Diana said happily and rushed toward me with her arms open. "I'll buy you McDonalds after this." I hugged her, even though I wasn't happy. I looked at the time. 12.20am
