Draco and Lucia both have creature inheritances arriving on their 14th birthday and finding their mates between 15 and 19. they are at the whim of Lady Magic.
Some Weasley bashing, bad Dumbledore, Hermione and Ginny bashing (all in the beginning)

it's AU mostly. The Potters still die, the Marauders Era still happened similar to what we know.
Neville was born to Bellatrix and Rodolphus.
Harry grew up with his Dogfathers Sirius and Remus.
The Malfoy manor is filled with their Extended Family (Harry, Sirius, Remus, Bella, Rodolphus, Neville, plus the four Malfoys)
Tom Riddle was never Voldemort, the prophecy was faked.
Harry and Neville are both sorted into Slytherin.
Blaize Zabini and Theodore Nott are both girls. Theodore goes by Thea.
