"You are mine, not his.." A low whisper roused through the thick white foggy forest. "What?" I looked around frantically as I began to breathe hard. Who was that talking? Was it Dimitri? Just then, a quick black figure rushed past me, throwing me off balance and causing me to fall. I let out a grunt and looked around again before shouting, "Who are you?!" A few moments of eerie silence went by and my breath hitched as no answer was heard. "Please don't do this to me.." I closed my eyes and opened them again only to see a pair of dark red eyes staring at me.
I jumped and gasped for air, breathing heavily and looking around my pitch black room as sweat trickled down the back of my neck and face. It was nothing but a dream..

"It's just a small cut," I reply, annoyed. None of the other cadets get this kind of attention. Besides, we have to learn this to pass the exam. "Shhh, it's going to be okay," he says, pressing me close. My whole side explodes with sparks. It tickles me. "You have to stop hurt yourself. Why are you even here? How am I going to protect you here?" he asks angrily. "I don't need your protection!" I shout, pushing him away. I get an angry growl back. Quickly I grab another knife and throws it over my shoulder, hitting bulls' eye. He glares at me, and the room has gone completely silent. That's when I discover that I may have gone too far with the insanely possessive highness, even though I'm grateful for the extra lessons he gives me. Then suddenly everyone hurries out of the training area. Leaving me alone with the growling, red eyed alpha.
