High-ranking officials were able to board battleships and disappear into the stars, but the rest of the population were left to fend for themselves. Now, in the grim future, a wanderer searches for what he thinks is the ultimate weapon, but finds out he is more formidable than anything he could get in the wastes - and that his choices can alter the fate of humanity.
