According to himself, Phil McGuire is a normal guy who lives a normal life in his hometown of Tuskegee, Alabama. One day however that would change. When a routine visit with his friend, Billy takes a turn for the worst, Phil must recruit the help of his friend to help find his stolen prized possession. Along the way, the duo finds themselves in several unfortunate situations. This is a tale of one man finding that his friendships are more important than any materialistic thing ever will be.

Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends.
