Is it ok for me to say I love you, Izuku? {Bakudeku}

Izuku was part of 20% of the rest of the world's population that was born without a quirk. he lived his life up till a few months before his last year of middle school ended being bullied by his childhood friend Kastuki Bakugou/Kacchan. Izuku admitted that he had feelings for Bakugou right after school on the last day. Kacchan then developed feelings for Izuku but hid them all the time. Sometimes he got very seductive and pervy though. Todoroki is one of the people he meets in his first few days of high school. They became good friends and Todoroki wanted to be something more. He noticed Bakugou sometimes expressing his feelings to Izuku and harassing him sometimes. He told Izuku he'd protect him from Bakugou, but it doesn't work out very well. :P
