Unfortunately for you, you where no where near Chicago. Not to make it worse but, you where also alone. By yourself. Stranded. Can't make it anymore simple than that. You recently lost your group, or rather, they abandoned you. They left while you where sleeping, without even a can of fresh food to feed yourself. So now, you were defending yourself with just a simple dagger and a pistol with a silencer.
