As Hermione Granger enters her 5th year in Hogwarts , she realizes that she is no longer interested in Ron Weasley. After all he is an ass to her. So she decides to try to make more friends other than Ron and Harry Potter. She starts to befriend Ginny, Ron's little sister. Since she has started to taken 7 year classes, Hermione gets picked on even more by Draco. He starts to physically bully her for who she is until someone whom she would never guess to help her.

The other death eaters. But Malfoy doesn't seem to notice, too busy staring into nothingness, with grief. Hermione cannot help but stare at the poor boy who everyone hates. Who she hates.
