La Paloma or the dove is the symbol of Greek goddess Aphrodite. The goddess of love, peace, and beauty. In the Bible the dove symbolizes peace, in the end of the great flood. In my life a dove symbolizes hope. Hope that all things peaceful, and beautiful can exist and that the dove is just a glimpse of all that we will see in the next world.

Since she now knows the colour of the pomegranate - she saw it in the love shared between Hades and Persephone - she longs for true, destined and real love.
