Years ago newborn babies were taken and experimented on. Scientists were trying to enhance human intelligence with god knows what. When they realized it didn't work all of the babies were thrown into foster systems across the globe. Little did they know it takes 12 years to work. Now kids are popping up all over the world with unique powers but they're disappearing just as fast. Can 17 year old Jessabelle fly under the radar or will she be caught just when her life starts to get better.
