Avery had always tried to not be like her brothers. After her father left them and subsequently died they had turned to violence and drugs to cope. Avery was determined to be different. But after a series of bad choices sends her to juvie she has to reflect on her life and delve into the past if she is to have any chance of making it out on the other side.
