He notices the more he hangs out with Shoto, the stronger the feelings get. Could this be the start of something truly special? 

Shoto Todoroki has had a harsh life, with no one to turn and talk to, until he meets Izuku Midoriya. After Izuku convinces him that his left side isn't his fathers, its his, Shoto has a whole different view on him.
