A decade and a half after the official fall of the United States of America, regional factions have developed urban towns with a constant government presence. The emergence of 'Gifted', or magical individuals change the scope of the post republic fall. With global incentive in using these gifts, terrorist attacks, government raids, and violent policing grow in protest of the super-powered people. But there is hope.
