Alaia has joined the academy and is accepted into the First Guard, the best fighters in the whole of Kalea. What was meant to be a new chapter of her life becomes an extension of her old life. To make matters worse there is talk of a revolution which means that Alaia may find herself on the front line much quicker than she initially planned.
