Shiro is a single hard working dad. No wife, just four kids. He was given a job at a new city, of coarse he took the offer and immediately start to pack once he picked up his kids. Once they got to their new house Shiro remembered that he needs to find a baby sitter for the kids. Shiro made everyone's beds before anything since they would need more sleep then him. After getting some stuff unpacked they went to the park, once they got there Lance ran to the playground followed by Keith, Pidge and Hunk. While Shiro sat on a bench and watched them. Shiro saw a little girl running around her caretaker, she stopped and ran towards the playground. " BYE CORAN I AM GOING TO GO PLAY!" The little girl yelled. Half an hour passed and a woman with long sliver hair walked up to Shiro and said, " I have noticed that you are staring at children." " W-What? No, no those are my kids!" " Where is the mother?" "... Their all adopted.." " Well then you wouldn't mind if I could be their babysitter then?" " Oh thank you! I mean.. Please, please watch them." " Alright! Here is my address!" She wrote down where she lived on a piece of paper and yelled, " Y/N WE ARE LEAVING!" " COMING ALLURA!" "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. The paladins are older now, and each have their own families. Hunk and Shay decided to settle down, and had a son named Erik. He looked a lot like Hunk, but was very Bulmeran. Shiro met an alien named Hel while on a special mission. The two fell in love and had a baby boy named Kade. Kade had black messy hair, and dark skin like Hel. Pidge didn't end up having any kids, but Matt on the other hand had a daughter named Evelyn. Evelyn was a lot like the siblings, with the same Gunderson charm. Lance settled down with Allura, and had a daughter named Isla. Isla looked very much like Allura, but with Lances brown hair and a strange condition with her skin tone. She ended up with a very light skin tone, due to a strange Altean occurrence. When no Altean father is present, the child takes the skin tone of the closest Altean male. Since that was Coran, Isla ended up with lighter skin, but Lance and Allura had no problems with it. Some time after Allura had passed away, Lance and Keith realized they had feelings for each other. They soon adopted a daughter named Abbey. Abbey had been through a lot regarding families, so she wasn't fond of siblings. Soon enough though, her and Isla became great friends. Even though Pidge had no children, all the kids thought of her as the cool aunt. They were all friends, and hung out quite often. This is the story of the Voltron Descendants. (This is a story me and my friends are writing. The new characters are OC's of ours, and we wanted to do something with them. In this universe, Allura made it past the final battle, but passed away when Isla was young. All of the kids are fairly smart since Pidge educated them, but a few are more impulsive than others.)
