When you live in a poor, broken apart, small city....Food is the hardest thing to achieve. You aren't allowed to go out into the woods and hunt, then only thing you can do is for long hours for the Mayor. It may sound easy but, 15 people get chosen by random to participate in the 'Feast Fest'. Millions of people watching you kill your friends because you starving and becoming dehydrated. Only the best survive the fest...Normally that's only 2 or 3 people. The rest die of starvation of heat strokes.
