Do You Have Faith In Me?

"Have faith in me please I promise I'll come back", he said.

But he never did.

I should have seen that coming. I knew giving my heart away means giving your everything even if you were to hurt at the end. I put my whole trust and faith in him but in the end it was put to waste.

I build up a wall around my heart to keep myself from falling apart, from ever feeling pain again but little by little he managed to break down those walls until he was finally able to reach my heart, to reach me.

And the next thing I knew, I fell in love and it was never the same again for me.

I knew from the very first time I met him, something will change.

And it did....much to my disappointment.
