People look down on you when they know you are weak. I wasn't afraid of people talking or picking on me but was afraid of the man who took me into care. Infront of people he appeared to be an angel however, he was only a devil taking me into hell every night.
Ivy Sanchez looses both her parents at a young age and is forced to leave her brother from the Foster care when Drake, a man holding up the biggest facade, adopts her with promises he never kept.
Although she is tortured at home, she has to act like nothing happened in school or out in public because if anyone found out, their life would be on the line because of her. No matter how hard she tried to keep it a secret, she couldn't hide it from the boy she had become friends with from childhood.
Even though they weren't as close as others, one thing Ivy did know about Blake is that he won't stop analysing her until he finds out what happens.
