Trust: Family's Everything

The new BAU agent seems pretty ordinary, and no one knows how Hotch knows them. Then an incident brings hell down on the BAU and they seem to hold the answers, but without their help, they'll destroy themselves, and might bring the BAU down with them if they aren't careful.
