FBI Special Agent Hadley Stone has a lot to learn. Instead of returning to her position as an agent with the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), she decides to transfer over to Sex Crimes and work as a liaison out of the NYPD Special Victims Unit.  There, she solves cases of sexual abuse, alongside Detectives Rollins and Velasco, Sergeant Tutuola, the legendary Captain Olivia Benson, and Assistant District Attorney Carisi. 
Leaving her life in Quantico behind her, she packs up her things and moves to a small loft in Manhattan. She discovers the nightlife of the city and even develops a secret romance with a familiar former ADA. It is Hadley's passion for life, justice, and the people she loves that make her a damn good agent, proving to everyone in her field that even at just 25, she knows how to solve a case.
