Understand me

Mattyson James is ecstatic about leaving town and moving schools. After bad experiences at her old school, she's ready to start new. She's changing herself and creating a new image. While at her new school, Mattyson finds herself having a group of friends that seem true. Truer than the ones she left behind at least. Among that group of friends is a boy named Jarod. He's nice enough gets average grades and gets along with anyone and everyone, never having a set group of friends. She slowly finds herself getting closer to him than she wanted and she's scared her past is going to creep up on her and ruin everything. Jarod is more than willing to listen and try to understand her.
