This takes place after the events in 'Mommy?' and 'Mommy (2)' so I suggest that if you plan on reading them, you do so before this one, unless you want to know the end. Hiroki and Shania had always been a close couple, whether it was as boyfriend and girlfriend or little and mommy. However they are now faced with Hiroki's mental health's deterioration and the pain of losing their friend. On the other hand, a father and daughter have lost themselves to the pain of losing their loved ones, and have lost sight of each other as well. Will they be able to save themselves? Or will they lose themselves to the pain? Will they be able to heal? Trigger warning: this book will contain themes such as self-harm and suicide, although it won't be anything explicit. If you are against mdlb, I don't think this book will be for you... but any hate comments will be deleted. Cover credit: @InkyPurple

Sky and Nani are best friends, both nursing heartbreak from loving people who don't love them back. One night, after one of them has too many drinks and too much pain, they fall into bed together. It's not about love--it's about drowning out the ache, about pretending, just for a little while, that they are wanted. Then it happens again, and again. And what's the excuse this time? They won't say. Until it becomes a habitual distraction, and suddenly, excuses become trivial. But how long will it take for one of them to fall in love with the other and forget about the person they were supposed to love?
