Hi! I'm the neighbor from below you! It's lovely to have someone other than the ghosts that live in your attic living in this building. I'm kidding, of course. There's also the ghosts in B563. It's been hardly a week since you've been here and you've been nothing but a nuisance! You can do whatever the cheeseballs you want, but if you want to live in this building, there are certain rules you'll have to abide by. You're not allowed to have parties that last all night. Some of us have work to get to! And, if it's alright with you, could you keep your conquests on the down low? It would be much appreciated. I also know you have a dog.
