14-year-old Phoebe Thunderman is a superhero along with her family who just moved from their superhero-populated hometown named Metroberg to a small town 35 minutes away named Hiddenville. This sudden change in location is due to a preceding event where Phoebe's twin brother Max, who's a former aspiring supervillain, finally came to his senses and chose the GOOD side after an intense war between the Thundermans and a group of bad guys, the latter of which Max was once part of. Now that Max is no longer evil, the "Thunder Twins" (as they like to call themselves) are getting along a whole lot better...and a bit later, in an UNETHICAL way!
