With Sam, Arnold, and Joe inventing a mysterious and possibly dangerous invention, Norman Price about to turn ten years old, Steele and Boyce's rivalry growing, dark secrets are revealed. Elvis has always felt something for Penny. Whenever he sees her his heartrate increases. However, for the past 8 years he's kept this feeling hidden deep within his soul, thinking that she probably likes Sam or Ben or someone. However, the girl of his dreams may have also fallen for the clumsy firefighter... As Norman and Derek begin to claim finding a 'treasure,' Trevor Evans ends up in the hospital, Elvis begins to have strange dreams about keeping his feelings hidden.
