[Completed] [Editing/Re-Writing] [10/9/19]

For hundreds of years Natasha and the rest of her village have been prisoners within their own town, their own homes, as a punishment for what she believes was a failed revolution attempt against their unjust rulers. Men and women over the years have disappeared without a trace for disobeying the rules of the Guards, the mysterious figures who enforce their imprisonment. To Natasha, the imprisonment seems unlikely to end, until the night she almost becomes the next victim. Coming face-to-face with a Guard, Natasha fully expects to lose her life, but instead escapes the confines of her village with her entire world turned upside down. Everything she had been told growing up, all the stories she had heard as a child, everything she believed, was a lie. Now free of her village, Natasha is determined to find out the truth and save her village, no matter the cost.
