In the year 2130 nothing could surpass the most technological state in the world,  California. A microchip, implanted into one's mind after graduation, limits a person's emotions, creativity, and intelligence; leaving the state helpless. Of course, there will always be a counter to a technical mind. An abstract one. Michael and his best friend Arthur will either cower or stand in the face of society's expectations, with the year span slimming before becoming high school graduates.

However, Michael is dealing with more than what meets the eye, trudging through his own internal life.🧠🗣

A group of secret soldiers who have long harbored a rivalry with Umbrella have now been hired by the President to secure this weapon and use it for destroying umbrella forever.
