Fire Flight

Hominoids aren't the kindest creatures. They build, they reproduce, they kill, then they die. To put it simply, some dragons want to rid the world of their overbearing threat while others just want to peacefully coexist or not deal with them at all. However, as war threatens to tear the upper and lower worlds apart and human ridden dragons are attacking. AeRul finds himself in the middle of it all.

[First ever story one here and probably not even really a fanfiction, but could technically be called one.
This world, dragons, and events are heavily inspired by the Age of Fire series by E. E. Knight with some influences of Dungeons and Dragons. The character, Wistala the Green, was heavily inspired by the same Wistala in the original series, and I take no credit for the name.
But, out of respect for the author, I label this series as a fanfiction, as it is her world taken into account.
I do not own the Age of Fire series, but I would enjoy to immerse others into the fantasy world which I call home.]
