What if all religions were true? What if those gods were returning? What if they decided they needed an emissary to ready the world for their return? Why did they leave in the first place? For Matthew, these questions are very relevant. Because the old gods are real. They are returning. And they've decided to pick him as their emissary. Now he has to deal with the fallout their choice has made. All he wants is for the gods to leave him alone.

Cover Source: https://paolo-filho-de-hebe.tumblr.com/post/622923874899722240 This is the Gods and Demigods read sequel to Gods and Demigods read Altered Destinies. This will be the last Gods and Demigods I write. I figured I started Altered Destinies, I might as well finish Intertwined Destinies. The Percy Jackson fanfiction won't end, but this particular type of story will. I encourage you to read my other works as well. I know a lot of you came for Altered Destinies or Queen's Champion, but I want you to know that I'm working on other stories, and I hope you can appreciate them as well. Thank you all so much for your support and dedication. It's been a really long time since I started doing this and honestly it's the comments that really encouraged me to return to all of this stuff and finish the mission that I started. And now... this part of the journey is soon to come to an end, but I appreciate everything along the way, and I hope you do too. This story is just gonna be for fun. Don't take canon/continuity too seriously. The timelines and things they say won't make sense at all, and I'm well aware of that. Intertwined Destinies was originally written by Anaklusmos14 All characters are owned by Rick Riordan and Hyperion Books All added content is written and created by me. All text from the original work is clearly distinguished from my added on text. I have not changed, added, altered, or deleted anything from the original work except maybe a few clear typos that I may have adjusted, but for the most part anything that is bolded or has / on either side was written by Anaklusmos14 and not me. All unbolded text is/was originally written by me.

26 parts Complete

The world is much bigger, and millions of celestial beings who were thought to be just that - celestial turned out to be real. And there's a war brimming in the horizon, and mere teenagers are thrust into it. Things don't go their way. If a story was that simple, it wouldn't be a story, would it? Paying a tribute to the world created by Rick Riordan, this story will follow the story of seven demigods, whose lives are changed forever as purely ceremonial things become crucial to their very existence. The hymns, the stories, the epics: everything plays a role in their survival in a world full of demons and evil forces. Those million gods? They exist, and they're very much real. They pick up (or rather, adopt) children to do their bidding and follow their path, keeping the world of men free from the vices of the asura kingdom. Amid all this, when these seven demigods realise who they are, they are thrust into an unprecedented journey of epic proportions, which finds the cause for brewing anger. Why? A diamond's gone missing. Ugh, gods are tough. They are the bridge between peace and all out war of the worlds. Will they succeed? Read on to find out.
