All the Tomlinson kids are healthy except for Louis. At school he's known as he boy with issues. He sits with Ernest and Doris, the three are triplets.

Harry Styles is the new boy with his twin Marcel Styles. 

With his siblings, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Luke Horan, Perrie Edwards and Zayn Malik are the only ones that talk to Louis willingly and only one knows everything about the sick boy. 

Let's just say that this illness isn't as great as the flu but not as bad as cancer. Ask his doctors he's not going to be there very long
